Hello beautiful people, my name is Carlasha Johnson, and I am a 19-year-old Licensed Nail Technician proudly serving clients in Columbus, Ohio. My love for nails started when I was just a little girl, spending hours watching tutorials and practicing to perfect my craft. What began as doing nails for friends and family has grown into a true passion and career. Since officially taking clients in January 2023, I have been dedicated to creating nail designs that are not only stylish but also a reflection of each client’s individuality. I specialize in creative, trendy, and custom nail art that enhances your confidence and makes your hands stand out. My goal is always to provide a comfortable, professional, and enjoyable experience while delivering high-quality results that meet—and exceed—your expectations. CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policies Cancellations & Rescheduling • All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. • Rescheduled appointments must remain within the same month as the original booking. • Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) will result in a 25% charge of the service total. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. No exceptions. • No-call / no-shows will result in being blocked from booking again. Late Policy • A 20-minute grace period is provided. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled with no exceptions. • Arrivals within: • 5–10 minutes = no late fee • 15 minutes = $10 late fee • 20 minutes = appointment canceled (a new deposit will be required to rebook) Respecting Time My time is just as valuable as yours. I kindly ask for open communication and respect for these policies. I strive to be understanding and flexible, but consistency ensures fairness to all clients.
